A spirit of contentment and thankfulness. How about you?

Thanks so much for joining us! Your post spoke to my heart about being more content... my goal this year with the Lord is to live intentionally, beginning with doing my best to intentionally be the wife and mom He created me to be... and I can only do that when I am content in Him... thanks!

Blessings!Triciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00806809019557923893noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2803597399589309198.post-54740521241888484172009-03-25T11:01:00.000-05:002009-03-25T11:01:00.000-05:00Beautiful post Linda. I do find myself feeling discontented often. Not so much about material things (well sometimes... home repairs, broken down dishwashers, etc.) but mostly just circumstances. I am humbled by the words of Paul when he said that he had "learned to be content in whatever circumstances he has found himself in". AHH.... to be content. I realize that in our human-ness, we are always wanting, but in Christ we have everything we NEED. Thanks for the encouragement and words of wisdom - I truly appreciate you! :)Jamimaniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14408048752570388811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2803597399589309198.post-35465721260151448472009-03-24T17:56:00.000-05:002009-03-24T17:56:00.000-05:00Linda,I'm so glad you joined us for DeeDee's Tuesd...Linda,

I'm so glad you joined us for DeeDee's Tuesdays Together! Thank you for this post...contentment is a great gift and God desires that we find contentment in trusting Him...not in loving or lusting after the things of this world. Your words are so true...and I appreciate your heart, as always.

Blessings to you,
KellyKelly @ Sufficient Grace Ministrieshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11182310611088290551noreply@blogger.com
