Tuesday's Tidbits

I have not done a blog post for over two weeks...so, I thought I might just throw some tidbits of information at ya today and some pictures and call it good. (:>)

This is a good book! I have just finished reading it, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! And at the end, there are some really thought provoking questions...and as I answered them I realized just how much I gleaned from reading this fictional book!

Our daughter Lynnette has her home for sale. They are moving to the Kansas City area where her husband Kyle has a new job. They will be moving a few hours away from me...and that makes me sad, but I am excited for their new adventure to begin, and anxious to see all of the blessings that the Lord will bring into their lives!

Our daughter Lonna has recently gotten married, and we are happy for her and her 4 kids. We wish her and her new husband Bob a long and happy marriage!

Our daughter Lisa is having a birthday in a few days...and she will be 45 years old! There is just no way this can be possible. But yes, she has been a blessing to me for 45 years! I thank God for her all of the time.

My nephew Donovan recently fell and injured his wrist and had to have surgery on it. He is in pain and I would appreciate prayer for a quick recovery. He had to go away for 9 days for his job, and I know he wasn't feeling up to it, as he is still in a lot of pain.

Our composer grandson Jared, who was home-schooled was just interviewed for a magazine article. We are so very proud of him.

These three dear friends,(who are just like family to us) who live in Arizona, are coming for a visit here in Kansas, and we are looking forward to having house guests! A 4 year old will be fun to have around for a couple of weeks. We love this little guy Ethan, and he keeps us laughing!

Well, these are enough "tidbits" for now. I wish you all a Happy Tuesday! Take care my bloggy buddies!

Keep On Swimming! (I love the movie Nemo!)

love the update! Glad things are going well. :) I'm sure it will be hard for you to have the Kraft family move farther away but I know your momma heart is happy that they love the Lord and are doing His will! hugs!

I haven't read 'Angel Song', but it looks interesting.

I've been so out of the bloggy loop. Hoping that will change now that summer is upon us. It was nice to read the update on your sweet family, Momma Linda. Lynnette's house looks so beautiful. I wish I could live there. But, alas...I am in Ohio...far, far away. Hope it sells to just the right person. And, blessings to the rest of your family as well.

P.S. I often refer to myself as Dory on Finding Nemo because of my short term memory glitches. haha
