I Love Lucy... and My Lisa!

I have always loved watching I Love Lucy...even back in the 50's when I was a little girl. And Lisa and my two other daughters used to watch it with me too when they were growing up. Everybody loves Lucy!!!!

We had a fun 50's party and my daughter Lisa with her red hair and blue eyes was reminding me of Lucy! I especially thought so when I got this picture of her husband Brad kissing her!

Lisa is my oldest daughter and she has been such a blessing to my life...and to the lives of all who know her. This is a picture of Lisa with her daughter Bailey.

Lisa has such a sweet and loving spirit. She has Christ living in her heart, and it over-flows to others.

Her big beautiful blue eyes are the window to her soul!

Her husband Brad is a pastor. This is a picture of them after our nephew's wedding...where Brad was the officiating pastor.

Lovely Lisa is on my heart today. She has had several health issues and for the longest time has not been able to get a restful night's sleep. If you will join me and pray for my Lisa to find relief from her pain, and healing for her health issues, I would greatly appreciate it.

She always serves her husband, her daughter, her family, her church...and her After School Bible Club Kids that she teaches on Thursdays, regardless of her migraines or how she is feeling. She is a true Woman of Faith!

So...

These are my Six Words today:

I Love Lucy....and My Lisa!

Linda, I will commit to pray for Lisa. Asking the Father, the Healer to reach down and touch with His healing. He's already paid the price. Standing in faith for her freedom from this condition.

Hi Linda. Sweet Blessings to you.

Yes, I will pray for Lisa. May the migraines cease to exist.

She's a lovely lady! You are a blessed Momma and Gramma.

I have enjoyed and laughed so much through the years because of Lucy. She's a treat and a half. My sister bought a series of shows of I LOVE LUCY and we watched them when I was healing from surgery. What a great time this was.

Weather is turning out to chill down again and it would be nice to finally get some real snow to cover the earth to make her look like she has a blanket on her.

I hope you are doing well.
Sending well wishes your way,
d

I love Lucy is one of my old favorite shows. I watched it when I was growing up and then re-runs with my daughter, Megan, who I love as much as you love your Lisa. Praying for your Lisa to be feeling alot better. Migraines are no fun. Would appreciate your prayers for me as I'm struggling with a cold virus these past few days. Right now I should be napping! Take care and have a good weekend.

I'm sorry to hear about Lisa's health problems. It is so hard to watch our children go through something like that. I will be among the many who are praying for her.
I was a big Lucy fan and enjoyed these reminders of her.

"I love Lucy"! A blast from the past- yes, I was there too!

How strange- I have a daughter Lisa too. She is a sweetheart but has had more than her share of life's struggles. Sometimes there aren't enough prayers to go round. Will do.

I hope Lisa can find some relief and get some rest. Not sleeping just makes everything seem so much more bleak to me.

Lisa is indeed a beautiful person. I am blessed to have her as my sister. I'm so sorry for her lack of ability to get a good nights rest. I will pray God will help her to figure out why this is happening (And of course I always have ideas! Things popping in my head as I type!)

I'll be in prayer.
Love you.
