Please Pray for this Dying Soldier

A young friend of ours, Hal Neukirch Jr. could use your prayers.
He is a 39 year old soldier who found out he had a brain tumor while he was serving in Afghanistan. He had surgery, but the tumor grew back. He has had several treatments, but it keeps returning. He is terminal...and he has a dying wish. I am including a link where you can view a couple of videos about his situation. I am asking you to please pray for him, and for his sweet wife Pamela, and for his sister Tiffany and her family, and also for his mom Rita, and his dad Hal Sr. Please pray that God's grace will be with them, and that He will give them strength during this time. Pray that He will comfort them and give them peace.

Hal Sr, worked with my husband John for several years and then his son Hal Jr. went to our church for many years, and we got to know him better. He is an amazing young man, with a lot of faith in the God he loves. Our hearts are just breaking for him and his family. The first video was a plea to raise money to bring him home from Fort Hood in Texas, to ElDorado, Kansas where he grew up. This is his final wish...to see his hometown before he dies.

People who love him and those who were touched by his story, have given generously and they raised the money to fly him home with a medical crew and oxygen...but then, another wonderful thing happened... "Eagle Med" here in Wichita, volunteered to fly him free of charge! (Praising God for their generosity!) The funds that were raised will now be used to help another family in a similar situation. (Our God works in mysterious ways!)

A Big THANK YOU to Eagle Med....and to all of those who have given to this fund. I love to see people working together in such a loving way. Eagle Med has a crew on stand-by, and they are ready to fly, as soon as Hal Jr. is able to travel. He had a collapsed lung on Thursday night, so this has caused a travel delay.

Thank you for praying for this family. And may God bless you too!
