I Hope It's Happily Ever After!

Here I am with My Prince Charming...Once Upon a Time!

Every little girl dreams of marrying a Prince and becoming a Princess. At least I know I did when I was a little girl. So, this 60 yr. old "antique little girl"...was delighted to be able to watch this fairy tale wedding. I thought it was wonderful. They looked so happy, and fairly relaxed. I loved Kate's dress, and the simple elegance of it, and her veil too. She has such a natural beauty. And every time I look at Prince William I see a little bit of his beautiful mother. I am hoping they will live happily ever after aren't you????

Today Is Six Word Saturday:

I Hope It's Happily Ever After!

Loved your wedding photo! I seem to remember my own wedding and what I wore when I attend a wedding. I watched on line some of the royal wedding. It was interesting what commentors said about Kate's dress...thought it would be more modern. I'm glad she picked a beautiful dress that had shoulders and lovely lace sleeves. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that! Why are women expected to bare themselves in wedding attire when there are so many other dresses available that are comfortable. Bride doesn't have to worry about top slipping off! :9),,,,,i'm off my soap box now! I pray Will and Kat have a wonderful marriage for many years! Hugs to you, Linda, and hope you get to feeling better soon. I slept in and it felt great. :0)

What a lovely wedding picture of you! Like you I wish only God's best for the young couple. Loved her simply elegant dress, but what's more important is her inner beauty and poise that radiate through!

Linda, your wedding pic is great! I do hope they have a great marriage. I love the last picture of the little girl holding her ears, that is priceless. Thanks for sharing the pictures because I actually forgot about the wedding and the big time difference.

A really nice post, Linda.
I too wish for a 'live happily the rest of their lives.'

That Princess Kate is soooooo cute and seems so sweet. Keeping her happy that doing his part should be an easy task for Prince William. Mrs. Jim and I watched the whole eight plus broadcast.

Happy 6WS!

I guess you and I were having the same thoughts today, since I posted about the wedding, too!

I love your wedding photo, by the way. I remember those styles quite well...

you were indeed a princess that day, in a very romantic way.

i enjoyed watching the royal wedding very much and its sobriety was refreshing. it was not a circus act, but something very classy.

I watched the whole thing on television - and agree that she looked beautiful and everyone looked very relaxed. It was a wonderful day. After watching it on TV I went to a street party where we ate, chatted and danced.

I love your wedding photo too!
